About

Built so nobody chases the cleaner.

JC Commercial is a South Australian commercial cleaning company. We write down what gets cleaned, we do it, and every visit leaves a record you can read.

Two of JC Commercial's directors

I saw too many businesses putting up with inconsistent cleaning and a different cleaner every month. Details got missed, nobody said so, and the client was left checking whether the work had been done.

So we built JC around three things: a scope in writing, a system that runs the same way every visit, and proof after every clean.

Jordan Sinclair, chief executive

What we hold ourselves to.

  1. The scope is in writing.

Every area, task and frequency is listed before the first visit. It's what we're measured against, and it's what you check us against.

  2. Every visit leaves a record.

Time-stamped in and out, tasks ticked as they're done, photos of the areas that matter. You don't have to ask whether the clean happened.

  3. Change goes through the scope.

When your hours, your fit-out or your foot traffic change, the scope changes first and the price follows. Never the other way round.
