Commercial cleaning, Adelaide
Cleaning you can see.Every visit, on the record.
A written scope, the hours it takes, and proof after every visit. Scroll to see how it's built.
Skip to the scope builderStep 1
It starts with your floor plan.
Every room measured, so the time is worked out, not guessed.
Step 2
Every room gets its tasks.
Desks, kitchens, washrooms and floors, each with what counts as done. Colour-coded, so nothing crosses between zones.
Step 3
Then how often.
Three visits a week, or five, or once. The deep work goes on a schedule: carpets, glass, high dusting.
Step 4
And the time it takes.
Hours on site, from the size and the visits. Not a price. That comes after we walk it with you.
Your scope
Build yours. It takes a minute.
Pick the site, the size and how often. You'll see the scope and the hours it takes. Then we walk it with you before anyone talks price.

Checked in.
Every visit is time-stamped on arrival. Nobody has to wonder whether the clean happened.

Ticked against your scope.
The scope you signed off becomes the checklist. Each area is marked done on site, as it's done.
Photos
Photos, not promises.
Washrooms, kitchens and floors are photographed when they're finished. Same spot, every visit.
Flagged
Problems come with a photo.
A dripping tap, a broken lock, a bin that wasn't collected. You hear about it the same night, not next week.
8:42 pm
In your inbox before you are.
The record lands when the visit closes, and every one is kept. When someone asks what was done on the 14th, you can show them.

Every site runs differently. The scope follows it.
Desks, kitchens and washrooms done before the first person arrives. The scope says which rooms, how often, and what counts as done.

In clients' own words.
We came into the office Monday morning after JC Commercial's weekend clean and the place looked fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, bins were emptied, and even the boardroom glass was streak-free. It's the little details that make the difference.
We run a consulting office in Stepney and needed regular office cleaning. JC Commercial have been reliable and consistent every visit.
Jordan organised a deep carpet clean at our Prospect office. The carpets look brand new, and the whole office feels fresher. Excellent work.
We had a great experience with JC Commercial cleaning our warehouse in Regency Park. The team was fast and efficient and made sure every corner was cleaned properly. We’re very satisfied with the results. Thanks, Jordan and Cameron! I highly recommend their services!
A call
Tell us about the site.
Use the scope builder, call, or send the floor plan. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough to know if we're the right fit.
A walk-through
Fifteen minutes on site.
We look at the floors, the access, the alarm and the hours you trade. That's what decides the method and the time, so it's done in person.
A written scope
Every area, task and frequency, in writing.
With the price. If something changes later, the scope changes first and the price follows, never the other way round.
A record
The first visit, on the record.
From the first night, each visit sends its record: in, out, ticked, photographed.
Questions
What people ask us most.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on three things: the size of the site, how often we visit, and what each visit includes. That's why there's no price list here. We walk the site in fifteen minutes, write the scope, and price that scope. The scope builder on this page shows the hours a site like yours usually needs.
Can you clean our pub or venue after close?
Yes. Venue cleans are scheduled around trading, after close or before open. Bar, gaming, dining, washrooms and kitchen floors are all in scope. Canopy and duct cleaning is a separate specialist job and is quoted on its own.
How often should our office be cleaned?
Most offices under 30 people run well on two or three visits a week, with washrooms and the kitchen done every visit. Busy or client-facing offices usually need five. Change the visits in the scope builder and watch the hours move.
Do you do once-off or deep cleans?
Yes: end of lease, pre-opening, after a function, and builders cleans at handover. A once-off is scoped and priced the same way: walk, scope, price.
Do you clean carpets and windows too?
Yes. Carpet extraction, hard-floor scrubbing and internal glass can sit inside a regular contract as scheduled tasks, or be booked on their own. We don't do external glass on high-rise buildings.
We don't know our floor area. Is that a problem?
No. A 20-desk office is about 300 m², a café about 120 m², a 24-hour gym about 500 m². Use a rough number and we measure it on the walk-through.
Do you clean homes?
Not as contract cleaning. Home carpet, tile and grout, pressure and oven cleans can be booked online, with the price shown up front.
See it before you sign.
A fifteen-minute walk through your site, a written scope, and a price for exactly that scope.
